Mini Bar : Every bedroom is equipped with a mini refrigerator containing a range of beverage and a range of snacks.
Laundry : The villa staff will be glad to assist you on information of laundry services.
Doctor : Doctor is available on call 24 hours.
Spa Treatments : Spa Treatments is available everyday from 9 am to 9 pm, providing treatment package including manicure, pedicure, massage, etc.
Room Service and Wine : Room Service is available everyday from 8.30 am to 10.30 pm.
Cooking and Butler Service : Our Cook would be happier to prepare the special food for you, if you would like to have cooking in the villa. Our Private Butlers (on request) are trained to anticipate guest requirements, eager to please.
Picnic Basket : For guest who are planning a day trip, our sumptuous picnic basket and take out lunches will make your outing complete. We have full choices of menus.
Ironing Services and Baby Coat : The villa staff will be glad to assist you on information of ironing services and baby coat.
Internet Services : The villa provides internet services by purchase an hour voucher or 24 hours voucher.
Car / Motorbike / Bicycle Rental : The villa staff will be glad to assist you on information of transportation rental.
Sight Seeing / Cultural Tours : There are so many beautiful places to see in Bali. You can plan a day of Balinese culture exploration or join one of many preplanned activities conduct by outside companies.
Leisure Activities : A wide range of leisure activities are available for your choice (diving, rafting, learn to surf, bungee jump, fishing, etc.). Please note that most of the activities are organized by outside companies. Pradha Villas will not bear any responsibility for any consequences that happen during those activities organized or performed by these outside companies.
International Direct Call : International Direct Dialing (IDD) is available in your villa allowing you to make overseas calls without having to go through the villa operator.
Air Conditioning : For your personal comfort, all bedrooms have individual thermostatic control switches, enabling you to regulate your desire room temperature.
Safe Deposit Box : To store all your valuables and cash in the safe deposit boxes provided at each bedroom. The villa will not be responsible for any loss of cash, jeweler, passport or other valuables which are not stored in the safe deposit box.
Breakfast : Breakfast is available everyday from 7 am to 11 am. Early riser breakfast is available daily from 5 am to 7 am.
Bath Robe and Slipper : The bath rope and slipper provided in rooms are for internal use only.
Electricity and Water : The electric current is 220 voltages. Three-way plugs are available for your convenience. Please do not drink water directly from the tap. Complimentary bottles of water are provided in your bathroom. Complimentary water gallon dispenser is available for your convenience.
Security : Villa Security is provided 24 hours a day. Our staff members can be identified by their uniform or name tags.
Money Changer : Our national currency is Rupiah. Foreign currency might be made at the Front Desk on daily working hour from 8 am to 5 pm. To change your money outside of the villa, we strongly encourage you to recount your money right on the spot, in front of the money changer agent.
Flight Ticket : If you would like to Reconfirm or Change your flight ticket, please contact the Font Desk on daily working hour from 8 am to 5 pm and our staff will be most pleased to assist you with all travel inquiries or formalities (Airport VIP services).
If you have a printer with a double sided print option, use it. You will save half of the amount of paper you would have normally used.
